Nothing is more frustrating than receiving a highly anticipated package to find its contents just do not meet your expectations. We do our best to prevent this from happening. Over the years, we have become know among our artists for our quality control. When we receive a shipment, each and every ornament is unpacked, unwrapped, inspected, rewrapped, and repacked. We look for more than broken ornaments. Since each piece is hand painted, each has its own character. If there is too much character or we would not personally put it on our own tree, the ornament goes to the "Island For Misfit Toys". When the artist approves we donate these ornaments to a variety of charitable programs. Each ornament is reinspected before it is shipped to you.

Payment/Secure Ordering

We have provided a secure way for you to order online. We hope this is a convenient way for you to fulfill your order with payment on your Visa or Master Card. If for any reason you are not comfortable with this process or wish to pay by check or money order, please submit your order via e-mail. Orders paid by check or money order will ship 11 business days after payment is received. You may also call or fax your order into us: (510) 845-6490, fax-(510) 845-1916. Please ask for a Christmas elf when calling.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are less than fully satisfied with your purchases, you may return them within 20 days from the shipping date. Please call before returning any merchandise; a return authorization number is required. Any returned package not showing a valid return authorization number will be refused. All returns are subject to approval from Mrs. Clause (management). Store credit will be issued for all returns. Store credit can be applied to purchases made online or in our nursery. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

Every precaution will be made to ensure your ornament arrives undamaged. If anything happens to your purchase, please call (510) 845-6490 or e-mail us. We will reship an identical ornament, when available, and collect from our shipping company. Please retain the shipping box, packaging material, and damaged goods for 10 days as inspection may be required by the shipping company.

All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss. Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized packages and shipments going to Hawaii

Sales Tax

All California residents will be charged our local 8.25% sales tax. Residents of the other 49 states are not charged Sales Tax.
